A2:We are a factory and have a complete team which can take care of every details from design to after sales service.Our team has experienced engineers,skilled workers,qualified QA,professional sales and so on.
Q3:Does your factory provide ODM&OEM service?
A3:Yes,we can provide customized housing and PCB for clients,also can make products based on clients' design.Time is short.
Q4:Which certificates does your factory have for your products?
A4:We have UL/CE/FCC/GS/SAA/CB/RoHS/DOE VI/CEC VI/ErP VI for all series products.
Q5:Which kinds of safety standard can your products meet?
A5:Our products can meet 62368/61558/60335 safety standards.
Q6:Can you factory help to apply for certificates for other standards or other countries' certificates?
A6:Yes,our factory can help clients to apply for other standards like 61347 certificates and other countries' certificates like PSB for singapore and NOM for Mexico.
Q7:Can you factory provide samples and what is the lead time?
A7:We can provide free samples and samples lead time is usually 3-5 working days for standard models.For urgent and special models,samples lead time can be negotiated.
Q8:Can you factory support customized LOGO and package?
A8:Yes,we can make customized silk-printed or lasered LOGO on plastic case and lable. We also can make customized package like giftbox and blister.
Q9:What is your factory normal lead time?
A9:Lead time is based on the order quantity. Normal lead time is 15-20 days for standard models,but it can be negotiated for urgent orders.
Q10:Which kind of payment term does your factory accept?
A10:For orders less than USD10000,we advise 100% T/T once order confirmed to save bank charge. For others,30% deposite and balance T/T before loading is fine.
Q11:Which kind of payment method does your factory accept?
A11:We can accept T/T,PAYPAL payment.
Q12:Which kind of transportation does your factory support?
A12:Our factory can support train,vessel,air shipping way,and also can recommend trusted forwarder if needed.
